Message	you. I bet things will eventually get resolved to your satisifaction, but not in the timeframe you envisioned. Could be a lot worse. I dropped some serious coin with a vendor (not from this site) and they never sent the parts, wouldn't return my calls, now I have lawyer expenses. My advice, keep it civil as humanly possible. Once things get nasty, it never helps. Adding up the list of wrongs to decide who is really "right" usually isn't that productive. Try and solve the issues with the path of least resistance, and not just based on what you feel is right or wrong. If you have coin coming to you, be patient. The money is always the last thing to settle.
